# Wie stelle ich meine Erreichbarkeit ein (Nicht-Stören-Modus)?

## Erreichbarkeit einstellen

Unter *Einstellungen* ➔ *Nummern & Gruppen* ➔ *Dein satellite Free* kannst du bestimmen, was mit deinen Anrufen passieren soll. Die Erreichbarkeit stellst du über den vierstufigen Slider ein. Je nachdem, wie erreichbar du sein möchtest, ändern sich die Einstellungen für [deine Voicemail](https://help.satellite.me/hc/de/articles/360008684738), die Benachrichtigungen und den Klingelton.

## Intelligente Erreichbarkeit

Mit **Flatrate+** hast du noch mehr Möglichkeiten, deine Erreichbarkeit individuell deinen Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Lege Profile an, die festlegen wie deine Voicemail, die Benachrichtigungen und der Klingelton bei Anrufen eingestellt sein sollen. Die Erreichbarkeitsprofile kannst du **zeitbasiert** oder **manuell** verwalten.

Die **zeitbasierten Profile** aktivieren sich automatisch zum von dir definierten Zeitpunkt.

Die **manuellen Profile** schaltest du selbst ein oder aus.

## Profile anlegen

Du kannst für verschiedene Szenarien (z.B. "Urlaub", "Meeting", "Feierabend", "Krank") Profile anlegen und diese entweder **zeitbasiert** oder **manuell** einstellen. Um ein Erreichbarkeitsprofil zu erstellen, benötigst du Flatrate+. Klicke dann in den App-Einstellungen auf *Nummern & Gruppen* ➔ *Dein satellite Free* ➔ *Intelligente Erreichbarkeit* ➔ *Neues Profil anlegen*

Gib dem Profil optional einen Namen. Per Klick auf Voicemail oder den Klingelton kannst du diese auch noch individuell anpassen. Wenn alle Konfigurationen vorgenommen sind, einfach "Profil speichern" auswählen und das Erreichbarkeitsprofil wird angelegt.

## Profile verwalten

Die Übersicht aller erstellten Erreichbarkeitsprofile siehst du in den App-Einstellungen unter *Nummern & Gruppen* ➔ *Dein satellite Free* ➔ *Intelligente Erreichbarkeit*

Ein Profil aktivierst bzw. deaktivierst du, indem du auf das gewünschte Profil tippst. Klickst du auf das Info-Icon, kannst du das Erreichbarkeitsprofil bearbeiten. Möchtest du ein Profil komplett löschen, wische es nach links.

## Was passiert, wenn mehrere Profile aktiv sind?

Wenn verschiedene Profile gleichzeitig aktiv sind, greift folgende Priorisierung:
