# Ich habe Probleme beim Telefonieren, was kann ich tun?

Telefonie ist ein komplexes System, daher können Probleme beim Telefonieren auch vielerlei Gründe haben. Unserer Erfahrung nach hilft in vielen Fällen aber schon das:

* Befindet sich dein Gerät im Stromspar-, Flug- oder Nicht-Stören-Modus? Wenn ja, deaktiviere diese Funktionen einmal.
* Falls das nicht hilft oder nicht der Fall ist: Lösche die satellite App von deinem Gerät und installiere sie neu. Öffne die App und melde dich mit deinen Zugangsdaten über "Login" wieder an.

Falls beide Tipps nichts ändern, kannst du uns bei der Spurensuche helfen und das Problem direkt in der App genauer beschreiben: *Einstellungen* ➔ *Support* ➔ *Nachricht an satellite* (Nur bei satellite Free. Nutzt du einen anderen Tarif, muss der Admin sich bitte bei uns melden)
