# Kann ich meine Rufnummer zwischen sipgate und satellite portieren?

Die Portierung einer Rufnummer **von sipgate zu satellite** ist aus technischen und systemischen Gründen nicht möglich.

Auch originäre satellite Nummern (015678 und 015679) können nicht **von satellite zu sipgate** oder in einen anderen satellite Account portiert werden.

Es gibt eine Ausnahme: Hast du deine Rufnummer vorher zu satellite portiert, können wir sie zur erneuten Portierung freigeben. Danach kannst du sie zuerst zu einem anderen Anbieter umziehen und dann wieder zurück zu sipgate portieren. Falls du diesen Umweg gehen willst, bitte den satellite Bot um eine Rufnummernfreigabe. Den Bot findest du in der App unter *Einstellungen* ➔ *Support* ➔ *Schnelle Hilfe im Chat*.
